~~FLOM: Chapter Twelve--Wonderful Slenderman~~

Once I finished that thought, I actually did faint, waking up in an unfamiliar bed. Feeling something breathing under my head, I looked up, seeing Slenderman's familiar black suit.

Alright, so Slenderman had seen me sleeping and he picked me up and took me to his bed. Wait….Wait what?

What happened, exactly? I looked up, and saw him sleeping, his chest moving up and down beneath my head. Feeling curious, I moved over carefully, going to his heart. I put my head more on the center of his chest, and listened carefully. Was his heart beat echoing? Twice? Or was his heart just echoing really quickly?

No, that was definitely three hearts. Amusingly, they seemed to be right below each of his top three suit buttons, right in the middle of his chest. I smiled, before snuggling up against his side again. I was just about to drift off again when I felt his right arm elongate, wrapping around me and sliding under my right arm to tug me up closer to him. I blushed, his arm had grazed my breast. Hoping he didn't notice, I let him pull me up until my head was level with his, and I heard a yawn echoing through my mind. I grinned, and said quietly, "Good morning, sleepy head."

"Good morning…." Slendy murmured back, raising his head a little. "I'm….I'm sorry if I startled you by bringing you down here. I just wanted to….See what it felt like, to have someone curled up on me."

I blushed vividly. "It's….It's nice, isn't it?"

Slendy nodded. "It feels….Like I'm cared about. It feels so nice…."

I smiled up at him, curling closer to him. His left arm came across and wrapped around me as well, his hand giving me a back rub. I relaxed in his arms, and I smiled wider, my eyes slipping closed.

I felt something brush the top of my hair. It felt odd. Like cloth, or something.

Had….Had Slenderman just kissed my hair? "Yeah, I did….I'm sorry, did I do something wrong? I'm just….Not used to doing anything of this kind."

I shook my head, smiling up at him. "No, no, of course you didn't…."

Slendy blushed again, looking away awkwardly. "I feel so weird and nervous around you, Mitche….Do you know what it is?"

"What what is, hun?" I replied unthinkingly. Did I just call him hun?

I felt his arms tighten a little around me when he heard me call him that. "Um….This feeling you give me. This shyness. This awkwardness. I feel like I've never felt…."

I knew what it was, of course. I felt the same thing for him, and James, and Haruhi but I didn't think either of them were this strongly felt….The weird feeling was…..Don't think it! Don't think it…..Don't think it, it's….It's love.

I felt him stiffen. He went very quiet. I could swear I heard his hearts pause in their beating for a moment. I felt him move around underneath me, trying to get more comfortable. His arms tightening more around me, his hand moving up to pet my hair quietly. I blushed, letting him pet me. "Pet….Pet you?"

"Um….What else is there to call what you're doing?"

He blushed again, shrugging underneath me. "Um, yeah….I guess I am petting you."

I smiled, letting him keep petting me. It actually felt really nice.

I have no idea how long we would have lain there had my dad not come down the stairs. He was saying as he walked: "Slenderman, I'm wondering if you've seen Mitchie Rich lately, she isn't in her bed. So….Oh."

This last part was said as he entered the storage room, staring at me lying in Slenderman's impossibly long arms. He nodded dully at me, before turning around and leaving me be.

I have never felt so awkward….

Slenderman was also really quiet. He shook his head, petting my hair a bit slower now. I figured he was thinking. About what was the question….

"I'm thinking about whether or not your family would ever allow me to…be with you."

I froze solid, looking up at him worriedly. "Be….With me?"

He looked away again, and I could swear every last one of his heart beats picked up rapidly. "Um….Yes. I do…..I do like you a lot."

I kept staring at him for a few seconds. Date…Slenderman? My very first boyfriend lacking any real recognizable limbs and probably lacking any male form as well?

"I'll have you know that I can change my form as well, and yes, I do have a penis. I also have tentacles—something I understand your kind seem to find…attractive?" I shuddered at the barest mention of tentacle porn. I hated it….It was so gross and wrong! He snickered, and went on, "I'm glad to see you share my opinion of such a weird practice."

I grinned, cuddling up with him. I thought for a while, and asked him with a bit of a smile in my voice, "Could you show me?"

He feigned not being able to just read my thoughts, and asked with a laugh, "Show you what? My male bits?"

I blushed, poking him in the chest. "No, could you maybe put a face on?"

He nodded, and said very softly, "Close your eyes."

I did so, holding on to his shirt. I felt him move a bit around me, and finally I felt him nod. I looked up at his face, and looked into the eyes of a very, very handsome man. His cheeks were sharply defined, and his eyes were a soft kind brown. He had lovely full lips, and his skin was actually normal now, no longer pure white. He had short black and red hair, shining in the dim light from the staircase. He smiled, showing perfect white teeth. He said slowly, trying to form the words in an unfamiliar way: "You like?"

I blushed bright red, and thought: Read my mind, hot stuff.

As he blushed, I moved up and did something I had NEVER done: I kissed him.

NOTE: "I kissed Slenderman and I liked it! I hope my parents don't mind!" I couldn't resist, sorry. END OF NOTE.

He kissed me back, his lips soft under mine. Finally, he got to kissing me harder, his arms wrapping around me and moving me on top of him. I kissed him, blushing when I felt him move me on top of him. What was he planning? I had no idea at all, but either way, I wanted to see where he was going with this.

Eventually, he broke the kiss, holding me there. My legs were on either side of his, and every inch of my body was touching him. Biting my lip, I tried to smile at him. He smiled back, saying quietly, "You liked it…."

My eyes went wide and I looked down shyly, not wanting to admit that I had liked it more than anything I had felt so far in my young life. He laughed again, and I rolled off him, my face going a very bright red.

"Stop reading my mind…." I whined into my hands, continuing to blush. He laughed, and rubbed my back quietly.

"Relax, little one. You're safe with me. Besides, I….I really liked it, too. I um….I can't believe you kissed me."

"I can't believe you pulled me on top of you," I replied, looking up at him awkwardly. "That was….That was really unexpected."

He ran a hand across his hair, an oddly human motion. "Um….It just felt like the right thing to do. I'm sorry if I did something wrong."

I shook his head, before just cuddling back up with him. I didn't want to talk any more—I just wanted to feel his arms around me again. He obliged, petting my hair again while he soothed me. Eventually, he said, "We should go and get some food. I wouldn't mind eating like a normal person, for once."

I nodded, and was about to stand up when I found myself scooped up in his arms, being carried bridal-style up to the kitchen. He plopped me down on the couch, tucking the blanket over me. I rolled my eyes at him, and he blushed, quickly heading back out to the kitchen.

A thought occurred to my head and I climbed to my feet. "Hey, Slendy? Would you mind if I cooked for you instead? I wouldn't mind making my specialty dish for you."

Slenderman turned around, wearing an apron. I couldn't help but laugh at the odd sight—a horrifying creature that was supposed to be nothing but pure evil, dressed in a red kitchen apron declaring proudly: Kiss me, I'm the cook.

Responding to the words on his apron, I went over to him and kissed him softly. He kissed me back a bit harder, rubbing my back gently. I eventually broke the kiss, grinning up at him. He smiled back, before starting to remove the apron. I shook my head, "Leave it on, I'll teach you how to make it."

He smiled thankfully, before saying with a smirk, "Then you'll need an apron of your own. Come on."

He grabbed my hand, and practically dragged me over towards the closet where we stored our aprons. He reached in, choosing one for me. He showed it to me, and I couldn't help but whacking him on the arm: It showed an image of a woman's body, all curvy and beautiful and dressed in a bikini. I rolled my eyes, but let him put it on me, reaching around behind me to tie it on behind my back. He stepped back, giving me a smile. "You look good in that. You should give yourself more credit, Mitche."

I blushed vividly. No, no he did not just say that to me. He did not just say he thought I was pretty….

This was just getting far too surreal for my liking.

The cooking went on uneventfully, and he was a very good student. I liked teaching him. He added far too many hot peppers to his grilled cheese, but I didn't call him on it, knowing I'd get to see him die of spiciness later.

When we were done, we sat down in the living room together. I turned on the TV, deciding it was time to see how much he knew about today's culture. Shockingly, when I found Bugs Bunny, he grinned and said with a lilt to his voice: "I love this show!"

"You know Bugs Bunny…?"

He nods, smiling. "Yes, yes I do. Who doesn't? I may be a demonic creature, but it still is an incredibly good cartoon."

NOTE: So Slenderman knows Bugs Bunny, but one of my closest friends doesn't…..END OF NOTE.

I rolled my eyes, taking a bite of my sandwich. Perfect. Just the right amount of ow, that's spicy. I looked over at him as he was raising it to his mouth, and watched with delight while Slendy took a large bite of the huge amount of hot peppers.

I waited for a few seconds, but there were no tears, no real reaction. Instead, he sighed and shrugged. "I should have known…."

"Known what? That the spiciness of the hot peppers would murder you?" I asked hopefully, deciding he was probably just hiding it.

He shook his head. "I wish. No, I meant I should have known that I would have no taste buds…..I've never had a mouth before, and I still don't entirely know how to make them."

I sighed. "Try. Trust me, it's worth it."

He nodded, and told me to look away. I heard a little humming sound from him, before he told me to look back. His eyes were tearing up, his mouth was wide open, and he was panting. "Dear god that hurts!"

I laughed, put down my plate, and ran off to the kitchen to get some milk. Only to run smack dab into him, chugging milk right from the jug. He polished it off quickly, grabbing another jug and continuing to drink it.

He polished off all three containers in the fridge until he could once again turn and face me. "How can you….Eat that?"

"What can I say? I like it hot."

He smirked. "Mmm…I know you do." He wrapped his arms around me, and kissed me softly again, holding me close. When he pulled back, he said to me softly, "Do you mind if I get something else to eat? Like….Yogurt?"

I grinned, nodding at him. "Go ahead. I should've warned you, but it was just too funny an opportunity to pass up."

Slendy rolled his eyes, clearly finding this nowhere near as amusing as I did. I smirked at him again. Sighing, he just reached into the fridge and rooted around, eventually coming upon a container of peach yogurt. He opened it, sniffed it curiously, and looked over at me. "Okay, are you perfectly sure that this thing won't kill me?"

I nodded. "Trust me, hun. I won't kill you now—you're useful to me."

He frowns at me as he turns, grabbing a spoon. "Useful? I may be the all-powerful Slenderman, the guy who just happened to be bored enough to live in someone's basement."

I stared blankly at him. "Well, why MY basement? I might be adorable but really….It's a little creepy, living in my basement for as long as I can remember."

He frowned. "As long as you can remember? Girl, I've only been living here for five days before we met."
